Uncertainty in today’s work environment is no longer an exception—it has become the norm. McKinsey research shows that only one in five leaders consider decision-making in their organizations to be truly effective. The rest face complex systems, rapid change, and an uncertain future on a daily basis—often without clear tools, a shared language, or a structured approach.
To help professionals and leaders make well-founded decisions even in uncertain conditions, LIFT will host three intensive, practice-based courses in February led by Polish instructor Monika Sonta. The programmes combine strategic and systems thinking, future scenario development, and human-centred change management.
The course content covers a broad yet interconnected range of topics—from data-driven future forecasting and trend analysis to creative methods and the management of digital transformation. The focus is on practical application: the tools and methods learned can be applied immediately in everyday work.
These courses are particularly suitable for executives, project and change managers, as well as specialists working in strategy, innovation, and organizational development.
Monika Sonta is an organizational communication expert and technology sociologist with international experience. She specializes in organizational culture, internal communication, and creativity, helping companies implement technological change in a way that is understandable and acceptable to people. All courses are delivered in English.

All courses are eligible for 100% de minimis co-financing from the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility, allowing participants to save between EUR 250 and EUR 500 per course.
Please note that LIFT training with 100% EU funding will only be available until early June. To begin training, registration and approval for funding must be completed by April 30. As the approval process may take up to one month, early application is strongly recommended.
Make use of the available funding in time and register while places are still available.
