Based on this analysis, specific AI application scenarios will be defined and approved, which will serve as the basis for the further creation and implementation of an AI technology adoption, development and implementation project in the company. The goal of the program is to provide the company's manager with the ability to launch AI projects at a strategic level at their initial stage, which includes: 1.
